Day 1 Hobart Arrival
Welcome to Tasmania! Collect your hire car for the next 7 days from Hobart Airport. Today, you have a booking for the Cascade Brewery Tour. Step behind the scenes of Australia's oldest operating brewery. If you arrive early, the historic town of Richmond is just 15 minutes from the airport - it was one of Australia's first colonial settlements, and you can explore a wealth of well-preserved Georgian architecture. You will see Australia's first stone bridge and first Catholic church along with local artisan wares. This afternoon, you might like to travel to the summit of kunanyi-Mt Wellington for extensive views of southern Tasmania (weather dependent). Dont forget your tour on the way up or back at Cascade Brewery!

Day 2 Tasmanian Wild Seafood Adventure Cruise
Today you have a booking for the Tasmanian Wild Seafood Adventure Cruise. Departing from Hobart at 10.00am, the half-day Deep-to-Dish Tasmanian Seafood Cruise offers you a feast of the freshest seafood straight from the ocean! Cruise from Hobart in style and comfort aboard a catamaran along some of the most untouched and idyllic waterways in the world, including Bull Bay on Tasmania's Bruny Island. Encounter towering sea cliffs and sandy beaches accessible only by boat, and spot sea life such as dolphins, whales, seals, and seabirds while sampling the freshest wild seafood caught and cooked on board the luxury vessel. In the afternoon, you might like to roam the Salamanca precinct. Alternatively you could venture into the Coal River Valley Wine region and visit some of Tasmania's finest vineyards and cellar doors (just dont drink and drive).

Day 3 Day at Leisure (Hobart & Surrounds)
Venturing south, once the hub of Tasmanias apple-growing industry, the Huon Valley has well and truly broadened its palate. The apples have become cider, and fine wine pours from its vineyards, while fresh produce can be easily found at roadside stalls and valley eateries. You might like to drive to Tahune AirWalk for an adventure. Experience the spectacular elevated walkway, 30 meters above the forest floor. The final cantilever section sits at a height of 50 meters above the Huon River, offering breathtaking views of the confluence of the Huon and Picton Rivers and extending to the peaks of the World Heritage Area. Returning via Cygnet and the option to visit local artists and small towns as you return to Hobart.

Day 4 Hobart Freycinet
Drive along the stunning east coast to Freycinet National Park. Passing local vineyards, distilleries all offering a warm welcome. Devil's Corner Cellar door offers spectacular views over the Freycinet Peninsula. Arriving in Freycinet an opportunity to walk to the famous Wineglass Bay Lookout or explore one of the many beautiful beaches in the area( check the weather and sunset times)

Day 5 Freycinet Launceston
Today your journey takes you north to Tasmanias second largest city, Launceston. Passing beautiful towns along the way, drop in and explore or perhaps a swim in one of the many unspoilt beaches before visiting Bridestowe Lavender farm or the Pyengana dairy for a cheese tasting . Arriving in Launceston late afternoon.

Today you have a booking for the Tamar Ridge Expression of Pinot experience & wine tasting. Launceston is a vibrant hub for food and wine, culture, and nature. Head to the Tamar Valley and enjoy a tasting of the region's famous Pinot Noir wines. Many highlights await in this historic town. The Cataract Gorge with a chairlift that gives amazing views over the river and preserved natural area is only 10 minutes from the city and a natural wonder, the Queen Victoria Museum and City Park , the James Boag Brewery and not forgetting the historic village of Evandale.
