Day 1
Day 1 - Wednesday 29th Jan 2025 What time is it? Summer time! Get ready to relax and reconnect with Tasmania’s natural beauty! We begin this trip by collecting you directly from your home, and assisting you with your baggage, then we are on our way! Our first stop is The Eastcoaster Hotel in Orford, where we will be served a delicious high tea. Here, you have the option to take a dip in the pool to cool off if you would like! We are back on the road, and on our way to Swansea where we will have lunch at Saltshaker Cafe. Back onto the coach now, as our day is far from over! Next up is Bicheno, where we will explore the Bicheno Blowhole area, and if we are lucky, we might catch a glimpse at her mighty display of nature. Moving onto Natureworld, Bicheno! Here we will explore the land and see which cuddly or creepy creatures we can discover! From wombats to spotted quoll, I am certain you will make a new friend! Finally, we are on our way into Scamander, where we will unload at The Scamander Beach Resort. You will have some time to freshen up before we have dinner at the hotel and wind down for the evening. Day 2 - Thursday 30th Jan 2025 Good morning! Let’s head across the street to the River Mouth Cafe and wake ourselves up with a coffee & breakfast! Today we are travelling to Binalong Bay, where we will visit Christie Lange Studios for a little artist’s retreat. We will take a tour of Christie’s art and make some of our own! Christie will show us how to create our own clay creations, which can optionally be glazed and shipped to you. Once we wash our hands, we are back on the coach! We will arrive in Pyengana, to visit everybody’s favourite Beer Drinking Pig! We will stop at The Pub in The Paddock for lunch and a wander. Enjoy the fresh air! We will head back into Scamander for the afternoon. Feel free to take a walk on the beach, visit the cafe, or explore the hotel! We will meet up with you again for dinner at the hotel, before settling in for a great night’s sleep, soothed by the sound of crashing waves. Inlcusions: Binalong Bay | Bay of Fires | Pyengana
L , DDay 3
Day 3 - Friday 31st Jan 2025 The trip is almost over, but that doesn’t mean the fun ends here! Join us again at River Mouth Cafe to enjoy some breakfast and the fresh ocean air! Once we are checked out and back onto the coach, we will head into St. Mary’s to explore the wonderful local businesses. Including St. Mary’s Cranks and Tinkerings and The Purple Possum. Feel free to grab a morning snack or freshen up with a coffee. From here, we’re heading into Campbell Town, where you may get some lunch at your own leisure. We will meet up again before heading back into Hobart, where you will dropped off at home safe & sound. Farewell! Inclusions: St Mary’s | Campbell Town | Hobart

BOOKING INFORMATION AND PAYMENT METHODS
• Post in booking request/s with cheque to PO Box 73, Richmond 7025 and we will do the rest, please include your pick-up point and best contact number.
• Phone or visit our office and we can make a booking for you and provide you with a receipt.
• BANK TRANSFER: Please contact us for payment details.
• DAY TOURS: to secure your seat, full payment is required immediately. If you are unable to attend a day tour, we require 48 hours’ notice and we can provide you with a credit to use on another day tour. Cancellation under 48 hours is non-refundable.
• MULTI-DAY TOURS: to secure your seat, a deposit is required immediately. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other tours. There will be a final date provided for the remainder of the package payment.
• PASSENGER FORMS: All travellers on our Multi Day and Interstate/ International Tours are required to complete a Passenger Form which includes details of dietary, mobility and next of kin. This only needs to be completed once or updated when your details change.
• COVID19 VACCINATION: To participate in our tours you are required to be 'up-to-date' (as per Australian Government guidelines) with your COVID Vaccination. We require proof of vaccination and ask to sight your Covid Vaccination Certificate.
• If we cancel a tour for any reason, we can provide a refund or credit to be used within 18 months.
• PICK UP: If you have a group of 6 or more, we can arrange a separate pick up for you.
• POSTAGE: Due to increased cost of postage & delays we will not be posting payment receipts. We encourage you to visit us at our office if you require a receipt or provide us with an email address.
• TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend you obtain appropriate travel insurance at the time of paying your deposit for any of our multi-day tours.
• PRICE CHANGES: Prices may change without notification.
• ITINERARY CHANGES: We reserve the right to alter or omit any part of the itinerary.
• SAFETY: Coal River Coaches reserves the right to decline to carry anyone if it is felt the individual cannot cope with the requirements of the tour, or who may require services that we cannot guarantee will be available, or if meals (due to certain dietary requirements) cannot be catered for.
• SEATING: Coal River Coaches now operates with a Seat Rotation system on all Coach Tours.
• WAIT LISTS: If a Tour that you want to go on is full, we can pop you on the “Waitlist”. This means if we have a cancellation, we will contact you.
Our Tours are subject to the venue & events in which we attend. If there are any changes or cancellations, we will make reasonable endeavours to contact you.
