Day 1
Your journey with us today begins with a personalised home pick up. From Hobart, we will travel to Buckland, our first stop of the day. Here you will enjoy a delightful morning tea spread in Buckland Park with your fellow travellers. We will then head onwards to Craige Knowe Vineyard for a beautiful lunch. There, we will also enjoy a gourmet chocolate experience (and a glass of wine or two, of course) that will enchant your senses. Next up is the Cape Tourville Lighthouse. Here you will learn about the history of the land and explore the abundance of flora & fauna that surrounds. Finally, we will end our day with the luxurious comforts of the Freycinet Lodge. After indulging in your evening feast, enjoy the quiet tranquillity as you drift away into a restful slumber.

Good morning! We will begin day two with a delicious breakfast at Freycinet Lodge that will give us the energy we need for a full day of activities. After breakfast, we will travel to Coles Bay where we will board the catamaran, Schouten Passage II. We will be seated in the glamourous upper deck, The Sky Lounge. Here we will witness the majesty of the East Coast from the waters of Wineglass Bay. Onboard, you will be served a luxurious spread of both morning tea and banquette style lunch, consisting of fresh local ingredients. With direct access to the Captains bridge and private viewing deck, you are sure to have a memorable day on the water. Once we are back on land, we will be heading to Triabunna for a quick stop on our way to Iron Bay Creek Estate. Here, we will wind down from a day of excitement with a delicious dinner and mouthwatering dessert. After dinner, we will begin our return into Hobart, where you will be taken home. Farewell!

BOOKING INFORMATION AND PAYMENT METHODS
Post in booking request/s with cheque to PO Box 73, Richmond 7025 and we will do the rest, please include your pick-up point and best contact number.
Phone or visit our office and we can make a booking for you and provide you with a receipt.
BANK TRANSFER: Please contact us for payment details.
DAY TOURS: to secure your seat, full payment is required immediately. If you are unable to attend a day tour, we require 48 hours notice and we can provide you with a credit to use on another day tour. Cancellation under 48 hours is non-refundable.
MULTI-DAY TOURS: to secure your seat, a deposit is required immediately. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other tours. There will be a final date provided for the remainder of the package payment.
PASSENGER FORMS: All travellers on our Multi Day and Interstate/ International Tours are required to complete a Passenger Form which includes details of dietary, mobility and next of kin. This only needs to be completed once or updated when your details change.
COVID19 VACCINATION: To participate in our tours you are required to be 'up-to-date' (as per Australian Government guidelines) with your COVID Vaccination. We require proof of vaccination and ask to sight your Covid Vaccination Certificate.
If we cancel a tour for any reason, we can provide a refund or credit to be used within 18 months.
PICK UP: If you have a group of 6 or more, we can arrange a separate pick up for you.
POSTAGE: Due to increased cost of postage & delays we will not be posting payment receipts. We encourage you to visit us at our office if you require a receipt or provide us with an email address.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend you obtain appropriate travel insurance at the time of paying your deposit for any of our multi-day tours.
PRICE CHANGES: Prices may change without notification.
ITINERARY CHANGES: We reserve the right to alter or omit any part of the itinerary.
SAFETY: Coal River Coaches reserves the right to decline to carry anyone if it is felt the individual cannot cope with the requirements of the tour, or who may require services that we cannot guarantee will be available, or if meals (due to certain dietary requirements) cannot be catered for.
SEATING: Coal River Coaches now operates with a Seat Rotation system on all Coach Tours.
WAIT LISTS: If a Tour that you want to go on is full, we can pop you on the Waitlist. This means if we have a cancellation, we will contact you.
Our Tours are subject to the venue & events in which we attend. If there are any changes or cancellations, we will make reasonable endeavours to contact you.
