Everything you need to refresh body and mind is right on board. Indulge in a manicure, pedicure or a makeover in the salon, or a soothing massage in the Lotus Spa®. Or maybe it’s a brisk workout in the fitness centre, followed by a little “me time” in The Sanctuary, a tranquil retreat reserved just for adults.
Day 1
Your Princess journey begins here! You have the option to choose a home pick-up, or to meet us at Mac 1 Wharf in Hobart. The exact boarding time will be confirmed closer to the day; however, you will have time to enjoy the Hobart shore excursions provided by Princess if you would like. These can include trips to the Huon Valley, Mt. Field, Bonarong, The Royal Botanical Gardens, a tour of Hobart city, and more. Or you may like to simply begin exploring your home at sea for the next few days. There is much to see and do onboard, so make the most of it! Enjoy dinner at one of the many dining options available to you as we will be departing Hobart Wharf at approximately 11:00pm. Stay up late to watch Hobart drift away in the distance or get an early night’s sleep in your luxurious Princess stateroom. Inclusions: Hobart | At Sea Activities
L , AT, DDay 2
Good morning! We hope the soothing back and forth of the waves rocked you to a peaceful sleep last night. You have now arrived at your first port adventure, Port Arthur. Here you have many shore excursion options to choose from. These can include: A trip on the Eco Boat, a visit to the Tasmanian Devil Unzoo, exploring the peninsula, and of course to the iconic Port Arthur historical site. If you would rather stay on board and enjoy the onboard activities for the day, feel free! You will never be bored for choice onboard a Princess cruise ship. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at your own pace, and prepare for another exciting night of live theatre, casino fun, movies under the stars and more! Inclusions: Port Arthur | At Sea Activities
B, MT, L , AT, DDay 3
Rise and shine! This is our first official whole day at sea, let’s make the most of it shall we! This is a great day to spend outside on the deck, lounging by the pool, making use of the OceanNow® delivery service. Perhaps you’re craving a drink or a snack, with OceanNow® it can be brought directly to you, no matter where you are on the ship! Or perhaps you’d like to do some shopping today. There are plenty of shops, art galleries, and more to enjoy! If you’re after a day of relaxation, indulge in the Lotus Spa or The Sanctuary. From lawn sports to wave riding. the options truly are endless onboard the Royal Princess. Inclusions: At Sea Activities
B, MT, L , AT, DDay 4
This morning, we arrive at our next port adventure in Melbourne! There is plenty to do in Melbourne, including a wide choice of ready-made Princess shore excursions. These include be ‘Best of Melbourne’ driven or walking tours, Ballarat wildlife adventures, Yarra River cruises, visiting the Fitzroy Gardens, and of course plenty of opportunity to shop and enjoy the CBD! Once you have had your fill of Melbourne, return to the Royal Princess for a refresh and prepare for another evening of unforgettable experiences. Inclusions: Melbourne | At Sea Activities
B, MT, L , AT, DDay 5
We have arrived at our second and final whole day at sea! Now is the time to indulge in any of the on-board activities you’ve yet to experience. Enjoy the gorgeous ocean views from the deck and soak up the relaxing environment. Enjoy a dip in the hot tub or treat yourself to a premium dessert (or two!!) before settling down for your final night on-board before we reach Sydney. Inclusions: At Sea Activities

We have made it all the way to Sydney! Are you feeling relaxed and refreshed? We sure are! Upon arrival, we will be transferred to Sydney airport, where we will fly back into Hobart. Once safely on the ground, you will be dropped off at home by one of our luxury coaches, putting the final touches on a gorgeous summer getaway. So... when’s the next cruise?! BOOKING INFORMATION AND PAYMENT METHODS
• Post in booking request/s with cheque to PO Box 73, Richmond 7025 and we will do the rest, please include your pick-up point and best contact number.
• Phone or visit our office and we can make a booking for you and provide you with a receipt.
• BANK TRANSFER: Please contact us for payment details.
• DAY TOURS: to secure your seat, full payment is required immediately. If you are unable to attend a day tour, we require 48 hours’ notice and we can provide you with a credit to use on another day tour. Cancellation under 48 hours is non-refundable.
• MULTI-DAY TOURS: to secure your seat, a deposit is required immediately. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other tours. There will be a final date provided for the remainder of the package payment.
• PASSENGER FORMS: All travellers on our Multi Day and Interstate/ International Tours are required to complete a Passenger Form which includes details of dietary, mobility and next of kin. This only needs to be completed once or updated when your details change.
• COVID19 VACCINATION: To participate in our tours you are required to be 'up-to-date' (as per Australian Government guidelines) with your COVID Vaccination. We require proof of vaccination and ask to sight your Covid Vaccination Certificate.
• If we cancel a tour for any reason, we can provide a refund or credit to be used within 18 months.
• PICK UP: If you have a group of 6 or more, we can arrange a separate pick up for you.
• POSTAGE: Due to increased cost of postage & delays we will not be posting payment receipts. We encourage you to visit us at our office if you require a receipt or provide us with an email address.
• TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend you obtain appropriate travel insurance at the time of paying your deposit for any of our multi-day tours.
• PRICE CHANGES: Prices may change without notification.
• ITINERARY CHANGES: We reserve the right to alter or omit any part of the itinerary.
• SAFETY: Coal River Coaches reserves the right to decline to carry anyone if it is felt the individual cannot cope with the requirements of the tour, or who may require services that we cannot guarantee will be available, or if meals (due to certain dietary requirements) cannot be catered for.
• SEATING: Coal River Coaches now operates with a Seat Rotation system on all Coach Tours.
• WAIT LISTS: If a Tour that you want to go on is full, we can pop you on the “Waitlist”. This means if we have a cancellation, we will contact you.
Our Tours are subject to the venue & events in which we attend. If there are any changes or cancellations, we will make reasonable endeavours to contact you.
